Simple coloring tips

Pick a small palette

Four to six colors that sit well together make a page feel calm and finished.

Go light to dark

Lay down the lightest color first, then add a darker shade near the outlines for depth.

Leave some white

Untouched paper reads as snow, frosting or a highlight. You don't have to fill everything.
